If you don’t think road rage is a serious issue right now…well, then, watch this.
According to Fox 2 Detroit, a Michigan mom was driving her 17-year-old son to Whitmore Lake High School earlier this month when chaos unfolded. And to make it even worse, her 4-year-old was also in the car. Apparently, they had some kind of issue with a garbage truck blocking the road.
Video Shows Michigan Garbage Truck Driver Punching a Teen
A Ring doorbell camera caught what happened next. The garbage truck driver, wearing orange, jumps out, runs up to the minivan, and starts punching the kid repeatedly. I counted at least five shots before it even stopped. The teen, sitting in the passenger seat, was basically helpless. You’d think the mom would’ve taken off, but it all happened so fast.
Yeah…all this happened in front of his mom and little brother.
The 17-year-old ended up with a concussion, a possible fractured rib, and a sprained ankle after all of this. Police were called, and the driver, 26-year-old Daniel Scot Arpi, was arrested at the scene.
What Happened After the Attack?
He’s now facing assault and battery charges, along with damaging property. The company he worked for, Duncan Disposal, says he was fired immediately…
