Convenience store chain opening first New York location in Malta

MALTA, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Honey Farms Market is expanding into New York by opening up a store in Malta. According to a media person for Global Partners, the store is replacing the former Xtra Mart at 2954 Route 9, right off of Exit 13N of the Northway.

Honey Farms Market is owned by Global Partners, which also owns Xtra Mart and Alltown Fresh. In the Capital Region, there are Xtra Mart locations in Guilderland, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Glenville, Halfmoon, Warrensburg, and Lake George, and Alltown Fresh locations in Schenectady and Moreau…
