Red Fiddle Vittles, an Asheville caterer known for its local foods, is offering Easter and Mother’s Day pre-order menus filled with spring classics sourced from local farms.
“Spring is about renewal and connection,” said owner and Executive Chef Erica Beneke. “Our goal with these menus is to bring those seasonal flavors and that sense of celebration to the table.”
