A person has been hospitalized with what Cincinnati police called serious injuries after they were stabbed in Over-the-Rhine Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Cincinnati Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Vine Street in OTR at around 3:55 p.m.
