A Georgia man is being held without bond after being arrested for stalking a woman.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said Bernandino Gonzalez-Oregon, 38 of Gainesville, is in custody because he put a tracking device on a woman’s vehicle, even though she had a protective order to keep them apart.
The sheriff’s office said Gonzalez-Oregon was arrested on Saturday after admitting to putting the tracker on the woman’s vehicle.

Before that, Gonzalez-Oregon was charged in February with simple battery under the Georgia Family Violence Act with the same woman, which is why she got a protective order against him…
