COLUMBUS, Ohio — An accused serial rapist is back behind bars after authorities say he violated the conditions of his bond.
Daron Hughes had been released after posting a $25,000 appearance bond, despite facing accusations from five women who say he raped them. His release included conditions such as wearing a GPS ankle monitor, adhering to a curfew and avoiding bars or liquor establishments.
