HUNTERTOWN, Ind. (WPTA) – Soarin’ Hawk Raptor Rehabilitation Center Volunteer Mary Koher has kept tabs on Fort Wayne’s most famous peregrine falcon, Moxie, and her partner Jamie, for 11 years.
