‘I will snap your neck’: Lancaster man accused of strangling, beating woman in parking lot

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man is facing several charges after the police claim he attacked a woman early Tuesday in a Turkey Hill parking lot.

Bruce Laclair was charged with strangulation, terroristic threatening, simple assault, and resisting arrest after East Earl Township police were called to a reported domestic incident in the parking lot on Toddy Drive.

At the scene, officers said they found Laclair and the victim in an RV in the parking lot of the gas station. When confronted, the police said he got agitated and denied getting physical with the victim, according to an affidavit…
