Construction is ongoing on the former CVS at the corner of Government Street and South Acadian Thruway to turn it into a hub with multiple restaurant tenants.
The redevelopment will turn the drugstore into a multi-unit building with a Marcos Pizza, PJ’s Coffee, Wingstop and Donuts and Burgers. Tenant agreements are underway for the remaining two units in the building, said Ben Stalter of Maestri-Murrell Real Estate, who is marketing the property.
