CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A Cedar Rapids photographer is combining cute dogs and community spirit for a good cause.
Jamie Ross has launched the “Pooch Playoffs,” a bracket-style competition featuring 16 local dogs competing for the title of “Ulti-Mutt Cutie.”
