DESOTO, Texas — A 21-year-old was arrested Sunday morning after crashing into the back of a police car while reportedly driving drunk, officials say.
According to the DeSoto Police Department, the officer had stopped another driver for a traffic violation at about 2:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of southbound I-35E when, while seated in his car, another driver collided into him from behind while driving fast.
The officer was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said, and the other drivers weren’t injured…
