EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – The Government of Mexico is seeking answers regarding a new fatality involving a Mexican migrant at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in California.
ICE on Monday confirmed that Jose Guadalupe Ramos Solano died at 9:29 p.m. on March 25 at the Adelanto Processing Center. Security staff at the facility discovered Ramos “unconscious and unresponsive” on his bunk and “immediately initiated life-saving procedures,” the agency said in a statement.
