WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A Storm Team 12 Weather Alert Day is in effect for Wednesday with a chance of severe storms between 4pm and midnight. Risks of hail, wind, and some heavy rain are likely, but even a brief tornado is a possibility too. The main focus for severe storms will be in south central and eastern Kansas.
Much of the area will be fairly cloudy on Wednesday with highs in the 60s and 70s.
