Chandler Basha High School 2027 kicker Mikey Barth, the son of former Arizona State kicker Mike Barth, committed to the Sun Devils on Tuesday.
“I knew I was going to go to ASU,” Barth said. “I thought about taking trips to other schools, kicking there, seeing what offers I’d get, but I just knew I was going to end up at ASU anyway, so I thought, ‘Why not just lock it in now?’
“I love (ASU special teams coach) Jack Nudo and their new [punting and kicking coach] Mike Scifres. He even gave me some tips today when I went down there to practice watching. They were good things, I agreed with it.”…
