Cuyahoga Falls remembering beloved teacher, coach who died after cancer battle

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio (WJW) – A beloved teacher, coach and mentor in the Cuyahoga Falls community has passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.

Paul Muklewicz, also known as “Coach Muk,” died Sunday at the age of 44. Muklewicz served as an assistant football coach and math teacher at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, where he made a lasting impact on students, athletes and colleagues.

Muklewicz was diagnosed in July with stage 4 colon cancer that had spread throughout his body.
