The 2025 shooting of a teen inside a Birmingham apartment has now been ruled a homicide, and a suspect has been charged.
Jasean Moore, 18, of Birmingham is charged with manslaughter in the Dec. 11, 2025, shooting death of Messiah White, also 18.
