SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA) — Officers with the Sarasota Police Department had a “little April Fools’ fun” on Monday, asking boaters if they called about sharks in the water, according to body camera footage.
The footage shows an officer on a boat as he approached a group of boaters, asking them if they called law enforcement about sharks in the water. According to the footage, a person was swimming next to the boat.
