PORT CHARLOTTE — Most of Charlotte County is moving into new restrictions for watering.
The Southwest Florida Water Management District declared a Modified Phase III “Extreme” Water Shortage this week. Nearly all of Charlotte County is within that district, except the area around the Babcock Ranch community.
