One charged after brandishing BB gun before Albemarle shooting

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) – One person faces two misdemeanor charges after brandishing a BB gun before a March 18 shooting on Hydraulic Road.

According to an Albemarle County Police Department social media post, two people got into an argument at around 10:30 p.m. on March 18 when one of them brandished a BB gun, prompting the other individual to draw a gun and fire multiple times, striking a vehicle. No one was hurt.
