Freeway off-ramp hit-and-run involving semi leaves 2 injured in Riverside

A hit-and-run that took place on a freeway off-ramp and involved multiple vehicles left two people injured on Wednesday morning, authorities said.

California Highway Patrol Riverside Officer Navarro confirmed to KTLA that the crash occurred around 4:15 a.m. on the Central Avenue off-ramp on the southbound side of the 215 Freeway.

“There were multiple vehicles involved, including a semi-truck, a red pickup truck and a 2018 Dodge Ram,” Officer Navarro explained.
