Man learns punishment for deadly shooting of 33-year-old outside Arby’s

A man has learned his punishment for shooting and killing a 33-year-old in front of an Arby’s restaurant in Dayton.

David Brown was sentenced to 35 years to 40.5 years to life in prison.

Brown was found guilty of murder, felonious assault, aggravated robbery, and having weapons under disability.
