FORT MYERS, Fla. — Ryan Companies announced Tuesday that it is beginning construction on Trailside at Dia Crossing, a new, 350-unit multifamily community in Fort Myers.
Trailside at Dia Crossing will sit on a 61-acre plot along US-41 at Alico Road. The plot of land was purchased by Ryan Companies earlier this month for more than $20 million.
