Dauphin County Man Faces 15 Charges After High-Speed Chase

A Harrisburg man is behind bars after leading Lower Swatara Township police on a high-speed chase that ended in a multi-car crash in Middletown Borough on Monday (March 30).

Leonard Evans III, 35, of Harrisburg, faces 15 charges — including fleeing or attempting to elude an officer — after he refused to stop for a traffic stop and sped through the borough before crashing into multiple vehicles.
