A man accused in a fatal Seattle shooting — and mistakenly released from a Contra Costa County jail last fall — has been arrested after more than five months on the run, authorities said Wednesday.
Isaiah Andrews, 20, was taken into custody in St. Louis by the U.S. Marshals Service, according to the Seattle Police Department. He is expected to be extradited to Washington state to face a first-degree murder charge.
