CUMRU TWP., Pa. – Authorities have identified the man found dead inside a burning car in a remote area of Cumru Township.
The body of 44-year-old Elvin Francisco De La Cruz Martinez of Reading was discovered Sunday after firefighters extinguished a car fire on S. 9th Street, near the city line.
