15-years-Old Orlando Waste-Management Company Files for Chapter 11

A portable sanitation rental service from Orlando, Florida, has filed for bankruptcy. Serving since 2011, Quality Portable Rental Service, Inc has assisted in several construction projects, events, and community programs.

Court filings show the company has filed as a ‘small business debtor’ under Chapter 11, with plans to keep operations running normally during the process.

Quality Portable Rental Service, Inc Enters Bankruptcy

The latest case filings shown on PACER state that the company submitted its Chapter 11 petition on March 31, 2026. Company president Eliud Roman Cruz signed the petition.

According to RK Consultants, the company is a small business debtor as defined in 11 U.S.C. 101(51d). In addition, it has chosen to proceed under Subchapter V of the bankruptcy filing. The proceedings are being held in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida…
