MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers have arrested a man accused of stealing someone’s identity.

Mobile robbery investigation launched after male attacked on street

According to an MPD news release, officers were called to the Waterfront Rescue Mission on North Washington Avenue around 2:20 p.m. on March 31 for a report of a man trying to use someone else’s identity.

Officers said when they arrived, they heard that 65-year-old Thomas Harrison had attempted to use a Social Security card that didn’t belong to him.
