Man arrested in connection to Newark car crash that killed former New Jersey assemblyman

An arrest has been made in connection to the car crash that killed a former New Jersey assemblyman in Newark over the weekend.

Prosecutors arrested 27-year-old John Arango-Taborda on Wednesday. He’s been charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter, and second-degree vehicular homicide.
