San Diego County’s Socially Execrable Cannabis Program (SECP) later this year will begin a pilot program in the backcountry. The program will encourage former victims of America’s war on drugs, the folks who spent years behind bars and sleeping under bridges for engaging in the victimless crime of trafficking in drugs, to become respectable business people.
The program is called “On the Road Again” and as its mascot, each repurposed RV will have an image on the side of the most famous dooby-smoking musician of all time, Willie Nelson. So now everyone can “get the willies,” no matter where they may be. As County spokesman Maria Juanita Jacuzzi told The Roadrunner, “You no longer need to wait in line at a coffee spot to ‘get a better buzz.’ Our County-endorsed mobile dispensaries will get you in the mood in no time.”
When exactly the County will implement this program isn’t clear, since the County usually waits until about two days ahead of time to announce anything that it knows the public will hate…
