Suspected driver in deadly Napa crash charged with gross vehicular manslaughter

A 68-year-old man accused of crashing a car while under the influence of a drug in a head-on collision that killed three women in Napa was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter, prosecutors said Wednesday.

William Dene Brumley, of American Canyon, was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence of a drug, causing serious injury, according to the Napa County District Attorney’s Office.
