TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A former aide to Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur has pleaded guilty to wire fraud for taking more than $20,000 from the representative’s bank account to pay her own bills.
Courtney Hruska entered the plea Tuesday.
