Man who failed training course accused of bomb threat, shooting remarks at PBSO facility

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Riviera Beach man was arrested March 31 after authorities said he made bomb-related threats and comments about shooting trainers at a sheriff’s office training site in West Palm Beach, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Frank Joseph Ladzinski, 37, was booked on felony charges of making a false report of a bomb and threatening to discharge a destructive device.

On April 1, Ladzinski’s bond was set at $25,000 and he was ordered to serve house arrest with a GPS monitor…
