FREMONT, Ohio (WTVG) — Counties across Northwest Ohio are dealing with the aftermath of heavy rains from Tuesday, and with more rain on the way, property owners are feeling the strain.
When Ladonna Michael looks out her window, she doesn’t see a lakefront view but instead a glimpse of her yard, full of water. The owners of the Michael farm on Napoleon Road in Fremont deal with flooding every spring but haven’t seen a puddle this big in several years.
