TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Cool Breeze Art and Smooth Jazz Festival promotes history and awareness of smooth and traditional jazz, and the importance of artistic expression among people of all ages and cultures.
This year, the festival will be held on April 3 from 6-9p.m. at the Railroad Square Art District.
