A lakeside house completed in 2023 as a custom home on Ibis Isle in the South End of Palm Beach has sold for $14.43 million, the price recorded with the deed.
With distinctive Dutch Colonial-style architecture, the house at 2315 Ibis Isle Road S. was built by its sellers, attorney and real estate investor Mark Sanderson and his wife, Diane.
The deed recorded March 23 shows the Rock House Revocable Trust was on the buyer’s side, with West Palm Beach attorney Bradley McPherson of Gunster serving as trustee. McPherson declined to discuss the sale, and because of privacy rules governing trusts, no other information about any directly linked to the trust was immediately available in public records…
