An asset management company has acquired property in Ankeny on which Sysco Food Services of Iowa is located, Polk County real estate records show.
Blue Owl Capital, doing business as Syania001 LLC, paid Sysco Iowa Inc. $22.7 million for the property at 1 Sysco Place in Ankeny, records show.
