Teen pleads guilty to terroristic threats made against Halloween attraction in Sarpy County

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The teen charged with making a terroristic threat on social media last fall about “shooting up” a Sarpy County haunted house attraction plead guilty on Wednesday.

A Sarpy County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 18-year-old Marshall Fry on Oct. 6 after he commented on an Instagram post made by Scary Acres that he was “finna shoot you guys up.”

His bond was set at $10 million when he made his first court appearance on Oct. 24. That bond was later reduced to $1 million.
