SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – On Mar. 25, around 11:40 p.m., Shreveport Police (SPD) responded to reports of a suspect involved in a prior theft, who had been located in the area of East 70th Street.
The employee of a RaceWay of East 70th St. reported that earlier that morning around 6 a.m., a man entered the store and stole multiple items.
