SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A Utah man who is a known gang member has been federally indicted for possession of a firearm and ammunition, after his alleged role in a shooting in downtown Salt Lake City that injured one person.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Utah, a grand jury has indicted 40-year-old Angelo Mark Garcia for possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Garcia has also been charged in Utah’s third judicial district court for felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and prohibited dangerous weapon conduct…
