Vada King thought something must be wrong when her January electric bill was $841.
It said she had used 4,201 kilowatt hours at her Pike Township manufactured home from Jan. 5 to Feb. 3, resulting in the supply portion of her bill being nearly $441 at Energy Harbor’s rate of 10.49 cents per kilowatt/hour.
