Baltimore officials concerned for public safety after repeat juvenile offender released

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Police arrested a repeat juvenile offender Tuesday on an open warrant while in the 2200 block of Kirk Avenue in east Baltimore.

The 14-year-old boy was arrested for a “failure to appear” in connection to a robbery committed last year, police said.

Officers transported the teen to the Juvenile Justice Center, according to officials. A judge later released him on electronic monitoring again…
