BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The sale of the former Sumitomo rubber plant to Hwa Fong Rubber was finalized on Wednesday.
The facility and property will officially be known as HF Industrial Park and will be a mix of local, national, and international company operations. Prospective operators in the park are expected to include automotive components.
