When the dust settles, the work will open up about 30 acres of redevelopment-ready land at the I-270 interchange, a high-visibility corner that fronts both E. Broad Street and Taylor Station Road. The demolition reshapes the block next to Mount Carmel East and unlocks one of the larger development sites inside the I-270 belt on Columbus’ East Side.
