Heavy thunderstorms have recently affected Lake County communities.
According to AccuWeather, continuing heavy thunderstorms this week may bring hail, damaging winds, tornadoes and flooding rain from the Plains to the Great Lakes.
Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools were closed April 1 due to power outages across the district. All activities were canceled.
