A man who was killed after a crane fell in a work zone at a Los Angeles County Public Works facility in Lancaster was identified Thursday by county authorities.
Victor Cepeda, 33, was identified as the victim of the accident by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner.
The accident was reported at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday at 260 East Avenue K-8, east of Market Place.
