London Bay Development Group has announced the completion and delivery of the South Tower at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, the first of two 22-story waterfront residential towers within the 500-acre Saltleaf master plan at 5000 Coconut Road in Bonita Springs. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, the development will span 224 condominium residences across both towers. The project had already surpassed $650 million in sales before construction began on the North Tower, which broke ground in May 2025 and is currently slated for delivery in 2027. Coastal Construction is serving as general contractor.
The South Tower’s opening marks the first residential delivery at Saltleaf on Estero Bay, which London Bay describes as the largest project in the company’s 35-year history. The broader coastal community also includes Saltleaf Golf Preserve, which opened in 2024, and a marina component planned alongside additional future residential and lifestyle offerings.
“This project has been the defining chapter of our story that combines years of vision, investment, and an unwavering belief in what Estero Bay could become,” said Mark Wilson, CEO and President of London Bay Development Group. “Watching our Owners walk through the doors for the first time, experiencing the views, the spaces, and the details we have so thoughtfully curated for them, will affirm everything this community was always meant to be. We are equally proud of what this moment signals for Estero Bay itself and the future we are only beginning to build.”…
