HORRY COUNTY, SC (WPDE) — Drivers saw two trucks with the Midway Fire Dept. and a South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) trooper on Highway 17 near Trace Dr. in the Litchfield area of Horry County Thursday morning.
Photographs show the trooper and fire engine blocking some lanes, and some debris scatted on the highway.
