A shot was fired after a verbal argument escalated at a Central Florida store. According to the Apopka Police Department, the verbal argument that escalated to a shooting began at the Family Dollar located on South US 441. During the dispute, the suspect verbally threatened the victim.
According to local law enforcement, when the victim left the area, the suspect followed in a separate vehicle. While both vehicles were driving, a shot was fired. The bullet traveled through the victim’s rear windshield and exited through the front windshield.
