On March 24, 2026 at about 7:30 PM, plain clothed Officers with the Rohnert Park DPS Gang Officer Program were conducting a proactive enforcement operation. They observed a male adult gathering signatures for a petition in front of Walmart. Officers then observed him walk behind a nearby business and start smoking suspected methamphetamine. The subject was contacted and detained.
Officers conducted their investigation, including a search of the suspect and his property. This led Officers to locate approximately 350 suspected counterfeit Oxycodone pills believed to be fentanyl, methamphetamine, and a methamphetamine pipe.
It was later determined that the suspect gave Officers a false name to conceal his true identity because he had a no-bail felony warrant out of Bakersfield for drug sales…
