Oneida Lake water levels now are running below 2025

SYRACUSE N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The combination of melting snow from the Tug Hill Plateau and heavy rain combined to produce flooding around Fish Creek in the Sylvan Beach area on the east end of Oneida Lake.

Springtime flooding is not really something new for people living in this area. The rapid rise in water levels is really the surprising thing.
